Shipping
The fulfillment process for most orders for in-stock items is immediately upon completion of the online purchase (except for some pre-order products). Once your payment has been approved, the item is in stock and the shipping address is verified, we will ship your item immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes preferences change. However, due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damages. Please carefully review the product description, dimensions, and photos before making your purchase.If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us with your Picture within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or a refund.

Refund
